Closes an open SQLite3 database.

Syntax:

object.Close

Examples:

  ' ...
  ' Finish everything
  db.Close

  ' Deal with the error further

Remarks:

In the most COM programming environments the object variables are released automatically when the program exits the scope where the variable is defined. The SQLite3 COM object interrupts all the running tasks and closes the DB when released. Therefore you can omit the Close call in most cases in which it is clear when the object will be disposed of.

The method never fails.
