The properties for a page can be important for online pages - for
example when the user will want to view the page's security
certificate(s). As ALPFrame leaves the developer to design the
entire layout of the application there is no standard place to show
specific indication about some page properties. If this is important
for the application it should provide menu or other way to invoke
this dialog and thus allow the user to review the page properties.
For example this will be the case with a local ALP application that
allows the user to browse to an online shop in a frame.
